General job boards do not always reflect the choices economists face between academic careers and roles in business or public service. I know both universities and companies can struggle to find people with the right expertise. Applications submitted by bots can make it even harder to recognize genuine interest.
That is why I created Econ-Jobs. I wanted a dedicated space that reflects the depth of academic opportunities in economics while welcoming professional paths beyond academia. My aim is to make recruitment simpler and more effective, with a platform that is easy to use and affordable.
My ambition is for Econ-Jobs to become the first place employers turn to when hiring economists worldwide. I want to help universities, public institutions, and businesses connect with relevant candidates across research, teaching, policy, finance, consulting, and leadership.
